Dr. Harris has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in workplace stress reduction, executive coaching, leadership analyzation and development, employee morale, productivity and wellness events. Dr. Harris is certified in FirstLine Therapy, a personalized lifestyle medicine approach that incorporates diet, exercise, and lifestyle intervention for managing and promoting health. Dr. Meenu Jain is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She received her health coach training through Emory University. Dr. Jain holds a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, from University of Lucknow, a M.S. in Microbiology from Dr. RML Avadh University, India, and a Ph.D. in Cancer Genetics from SGPGIMS, India.
In your journey together, she will support you in setting and achieving goals around challenges related to health and to create long lasting change. Dr. Jain has a coaching style that looks at several dimensions of well-being and promotes sustainable and meaningful behavioral change. She is trained to help clients who struggle with chronic disease management (stress, stroke, sleep, cardiovascular disease, obesity and diabetes).

She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and certifications in payroll, coding, billing and practice management. Emily has been in the medical field for 14 years, starting in patient care. Emily enjoys spending time on the farm with her husband and children.
